Dr. Carlos Barrantes attended Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (ULACIT) in San José, Costa Rica for his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. He continues to advance his knowledge of dentistry through continuing education courses and has received advanced training in oral surgery, dental implants, facial aesthetics, digital dentistry and smile design
He believes in life-long learning and is constantly attending courses and seminars, staying current with dental techniques and innovations so that he can offer his patients the best services possible.
Away from the dental office, he enjoys traveling, entertaining friends at home, motor sports and taking care of his pets.
